Facilities & Directions

Considered to be one of the finest tennis facilities among the collegiate ranks, the modern six-court, 1,000-seat A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre serves as the home of the Mississippi State men's and women's tennis teams.

The Pitts Tennis Centre, named for the late A.J. Pitts, a Mississippi State alumnus from Tupelo, Miss., opened its courts for play on February 26, 1984, when MSU's men hosted and defeated Louisiana Tech 6-3.

The Centre has undergone several physical changes in the last 20 years. The most recent renovations came in time for the 2016 campaign when the facility received new maroon chairback seating in the main grandstand as well as viewing platforms behind courts 3 and 4. The platform behind court 4 connects via walkway to the MSU Softball Stadium, giving fans the ability to visit both venues on days when both teams are playing at home.

Per NCAA rules, sports camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
Representatives of our athletics interests (boosters) cannot pay camp registration fees or provide other expenses for a prospect to attend camp.
